Working Principle

The machine automatically feeds wire from a coil through a set of rollers into the forming area.

The manufacturing process includes:

1. Wire Feeding Servo-controlled rollers feed the wire to the programmed length.
2. Straightening Rollers remove wire curvature.
3. Forming/Bending CNC tools bend and shape the wire.
4. Coiling The wire is wrapped around an arbor for compression or extension springs.
5. Cutting A servo-controlled cutter separates the finished spring.
6. Discharge The completed spring is collected automatically.
