Working Principle

The machine converts straight wire from a coil into finished rings through the following process:

   • Ensures dimensional accuracy.
3. Ring Forming

4. Cutting
   • After the desired circumference is achieved, the machine cuts the wire automatically.
   • Hydraulic, pneumatic, or servo cutting systems are commonly used.
5. Discharge
   • Finished rings are collected in a tray or conveyor.
