Working Principle

The machine operates in the following sequence:

1. Wire Feeding
   • Servo motor feeds the wire from the coil.
   • Feeding length is controlled by CNC programming.
2. Wire Straightening
   • Multiple straightening rollers remove the wire's natural curvature.
3. Wire Rotation
   • A rotary servo rotates the wire to any desired angle.
   • This enables bending in different planes.
4. 3D Bending
   • CNC-controlled bending tools form the required angles and radii.
5. Wire Cutting
   • Hydraulic or servo cutting system cuts the finished part automatically.
6. Finished Part Collection
   • Components are discharged into a collection tray or conveyor.
