Working Principle

1. Wire Feeding
   • Wire is unwound from a coil.
   • Feed rollers driven by servo motors pull the wire into the machine.
2. Wire Straightening
   • The wire passes through multiple horizontal and vertical straightening rollers.
   • These rollers remove bends, twists, and coil memory.
3. Length Measurement
   • A CNC controller and encoder accurately measure the required wire length.
   • The operator can program different lengths through the HMI touchscreen.
4. Wire Cutting
   • Once the programmed length is reached, the cutting unit automatically cuts the wire.
   • The finished piece is discharged into a collection tray.
5. Repeat Cycle
   • The process repeats automatically until the required quantity is completed.
