A Wood Double Side Planer (also called a Double Surface Planer) is a woodworking machine designed to plane the top and bottom surfaces of a wooden board simultaneously. This ensures that both faces are perfectly flat, parallel, and finished in a single pass, increasing productivity and accuracy.

Working Principle

1. The wooden board is fed into the machine using powered feed rollers.
2. The lower cutter head removes material from the bottom surface.
3. The upper cutter head simultaneously removes material from the top surface.
4. The board exits with a uniform thickness and smooth finish.
