About Vibro Polish Tub Machine

A Vibro Polish Tub Machine (also called a Vibratory Tub Finishing Machine or Tub Vibratory Polisher) is an industrial surface-finishing machine used for deburring, polishing, descaling, edge rounding, cleaning, and burnishing of metal and non-metal components. It is particularly suitable for long, large, delicate, or irregular-shaped workpieces that cannot be processed efficiently in a bowl-type vibratory machine.

Working Principle

The machine consists of a rectangular tub lined with wear-resistant polyurethane or rubber. An unbalanced vibration motor creates high-frequency vibrations that move the polishing media and workpieces together.

The continuous rubbing action between the media and the components removes burrs, smooths rough surfaces, and produces the desired surface finish.
