Features and Functions:
- The wire feeding roller is driven by precision servo motor, with professional wire bending machine computer system to control the drive implementation of each forming . The servo motor rise and fall curve and rotating speed can be changed according to needs to eliminate the mechanical transmission and ensure the actual transmission iron length in consistent with the theoretical calculation length.
- In planning calculation, each MM length has been divided into 10 sections of impulse to further ensure that the length accuracy of the setting. The wire feeding accuracy can be controlled at 300 +/-um.
- Adjustable servo cutting can ensure the tidiness of the circle cut. The cutting time and retract time can be directly modified on the text display.
- The button has manual slow feed, slow back material function with easy operation and less material loss.
- External torsion bending can be lifted or lowered separately.
- Advantage: the internal torsion can not rise and fall during processing . The external torsion can rise and fall singly with left and right processing. There is no needed for the wire to exit the bending groove. The internal torsion can do double layer bending cot tong or bending nail . It will be faster and more stable.
- The whole rotating head can be shifted on left and right.
- Advantage: Internal torsion can be eccentric processing, can process tensional spring, etc. More R angle are available and more flexible. Require to pass through the straight line mechanism for 2 times. Make sure more stable. When processing long spare parts, the wire feeding box moves back to have more space. When processing short products, move forward to bend products faster and more stable.
- The cutter can move back and forth.
- Advantages: The cutter can move back and forth when processing short products, it will be faster and more stable. When processing long products, move back to make more space so that the product will no touch the cutter. 8.The wire can be rotated for 360 without limitation.
- Advantages: External motor will not pull the motor and inductor line. Its more convenient to make the wire rotating angle more than 360 for complex products. More quick and convenient for machine adjustment.
- Adopt a new type of computer. Advantage: Easier to operate, more convenient and faster.
- The wire feeding motor is fixed on the bottom base to reduce the weight of the wire feeding box and make the wire turn faster and lighter, and the corner is more accurate and stable. The steering head is designed in copper pipe transport to be more stable and stronger than bearing transfer
